Baked Sweet Potato Chips

These are probably the best snack ever. I baked and then broiled these without any oil or seasonings at all. Not even salt. Sweet potatoes just don’t need anything! They are so delicious as they are!

Ingredients

  • 1 or more Sweet Potatoes

Instructions

  1. Bake each entire sweet potato for about 40 minutes on 350. Skin on. 

  2. Then sliced each potato thinly and lay them out on a baking sheet.

  3. Then turn the oven to broil and broil for about 15 minutes, flipping halfway in between.

  4. Then eat!
